I’m Lauren Bond.
I am an Accredited Therapeutic Coach (AMACCPH), with an Honours Degree in Psychology, specialising in anxiety, trauma and chronic stress. Although classically trained and practiced as a therapist I lean more towards a coaching style. Therapists tend to work with past events in a reparative way. Coaches typically reflect on how the ‘there and then’ has influenced the ‘here and now’ but the focus is not primarily on past events. As a Therapeutic Coach I use a range of modalities to help my clients reach their goals..
My UNIQUE approach helps individuals of all ages to address and overcome difficulties arising from anxiety, depression and the effects of chronic stress.

Sound Sessions
This sound protocol is a brilliant fit for anyone struggling with the impact of anxiety, depression or chronic stress. When the body is distressed it redirects bloodflow to the survival systems of the body and away from the part of the brain we need to manage emotions and think clearly.
The Safe and Sound Protocol is a licensed, clinical grade sound intervention that intensively activates the relaxation response to alleviate distress. After a course of sound and somatic techniques the body returns to an optimised state of balance and resilience.

Fascia Facial Massage
Fascia facial massage stimulates rejuvenation and cellular activity, and can help to tighten the skin and underlying muscles and reduce expression lines and wrinkles promoting blood and lymphatic circulation, increasing the supply of nutrients to the cells. It also stimulates the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system which improves immunity and reduces inflammation.

An immersive experience exploring the power of sound and how it can enable us to reconnect with ourselves, re-calibrate and restore balance.

GemTone
GEMTONE is an intervention delivered by myself and Linda Green (gracecense.co.uk) that teaches children easy-to-use techniques to access calmer mindsets ready to learn.
Our sessions focus on the geological aspects of crystals as grounding objects, alongside meditation and specific neural exercises to activate the relaxation response.
Teaching children to activate their relaxation response consistently boosts problem-solving confidence, enhances executive functioning skills, and allows them to access a growth mindset.
It also improves conduct, learning and emotional behaviour by enhancing their social engagement system. This allows for collaborative play and effective communication as they are more equipped to manage their emotions and understand the cause and effect of their behaviour.
